We offer a wide range of orthopedic products including off-the-shelf shoes, compression stockings, knee braces, ankle supports, wrist supports, back braces, TENS machines and more.

Certain medical items qualify for tax exemption under Canadian tax law when purchased with a prescription from a medical practitioner specifically for the person named on the prescription. To apply for tax exemption, a valid prescription must be uploaded at the time of purchase through our website. Our team will assist you in completing your order with taxes waived.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for your convenience. Please refer to our Payment Methods Policy for more details.

Due to the nature of medical products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. Please see our No Return or Refund Policy for more information.

We provide detailed sizing charts and product descriptions on each product page to help you select the appropriate size. If you need further assistance, our customer support team is available to guide you through the sizing process.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Our products may come with manufacturer warranties. Please check the product description or packaging for warranty details.

Currently, we primarily serve customers within Canada. However, we will soon be shipping products to other countries in the near future. For any further enquiries, please contact our customer support team via email at info@OrthoLifeCare.com. 

We do not include a physical invoice in your package. Instead, your invoice or receipt will be sent to you via email once we ship the product.

We do not provide direct billing services. All orders must be placed online and paid in full at the time of purchase. Following your purchase, you will be able to download a PDF version of the invoice for insurance purposes. If required, we can offer a quote that you can submit for  PRE approval before completing your purchase. While many of our customers have successfully applied for reimbursement from their insurance providers, we cannot guarantee coverage.

Yes, most of our products are covered by health insurance companies. However, each insurance company and plan varies in coverage. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your eligibility for coverage of our products. If necessary, we can offer an estimate/pre-determination quote that you can submit for pre-approval before making a purchase. Please note that coverage and reimbursement policies are determined by your insurance provider, and we advise you to contact them or us before placing orders.

OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) in Canada generally does not cover the cost of most medical products such as compression stockings, orthopedic braces, or other similar items. These products are typically considered to be outside the scope of OHIP coverage unless specifically prescribed as part of a medical treatment plan deemed necessary for health reasons.

However, there may be exceptions or specific circumstances where OHIP may cover certain medical products. It is advisable to consult with your healthcare provider or directly contact OHIP for detailed information regarding coverage eligibility for specific medical products under your circumstances.
