Description

The SacroLoc stabilizes the pelvis and delivers pain relief to the sacroiliac (SI) joint and pelvis in cases of sacroiliac joint syndrome (SI joint syndrome) and pain. The elastic mesh material and two adjustable straps provide 360° compression which straightens the pelvis and relieves the ligaments.

Size Measurements

1. Gather Your Supplies:

  • Measuring tape
  • A mirror (optional, for checking accuracy)
  • A friend or family member (optional, for assistance)

2. Measure Your Hip Circumference:

  • Stand Upright: Stand up straight with your feet together.
  • Locate Your Hips: Find the widest part of your hips, typically just above your hip bones.
  • Wrap the Tape: Wrap the measuring tape around your hips, keeping it level and parallel to the floor. Ensure it’s snug but not tight.
  • Record the Measurement: Note the measurement in centimeters or inches.

3. Measure Your Waist Circumference:

  • Locate Your Waist: Identify your natural waistline, which is located just above your belly button and below your ribcage.
  • Wrap the Tape: Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, keeping it level and snug but not tight.
  • Record the Measurement: Note the measurement in centimeters or inches.

4. Measure the Distance Between Your Hips and Waist:

  • Find Key Points: Measure the distance from the top of your hip bone to the bottom of your ribcage, where the brace will sit.
  • Keep the Tape Straight: Ensure the tape measure is straight and not sagging.
  • Record the Measurement: Note this measurement in centimeters or inches.

5. Consult the Size Chart:

  • Find Your Size: Compare your measurements with the size chart below:-

  • Match Measurements: Identify the size that corresponds to your hip and waist measurements.

Care Instructions

  • Never expose the SacroLoc to direct heat (e.g. heating, sunlight, storage in a car).
  • Before washing, remove the back pad and close all Velcro fasteners to avoid damage.
  • Hand wash the back pad.
  • Wash the bandage separately with a mild detergent at 30 ° C.
  • Let the back pad and bandage air dry.
